Turbulent Flow to Heat Cylindrical Vacuum Oven in 2D by Time-Dependent Study

Hello community,

Here we are trying to simulate a cylindrical vacuum oven in 2D by using Conjugate Heat Transfer with k-epsilon Turbulent Flow. The oven is set as a rectangle with: one inlet, one outlet, two thermal insulations where wafers are sitting on a 316 stainless steel rack within the rectangle.

This model had previously simulated in laminar flow and it was converged and solved. Then we try to simulate in turbulent flow due to higher heat segregation, but it’s getting very strange plot on both surface temperature & velocity and it's keeping diverged during time-dependent calculation.

Laminar Flow: stationary: converge, time-dependent: converge
Turbulent Flow: Stationary: converge, time-dependent: Diverge

We have been working on this model for one week now and with no luck on turbulent flow, so we are hoping anyone here can give a hand and take a look on the attached file.

Any comments, modifications on the file and advices are much appreciated.

Sincerely.
