Meshing problems with Coupled conjugate heat transfer (nitf) with Transport of diluted species (chds)

Dear Sir. Bjorn Bretz,

I have posted this problem for several times already to this forum to some users but I could not get any respond.
Because you're from COMSOL Sweden, hopefully I can get this problem responded.

I am modeling the heat and concentration transfer using a coupled conjugate heat transfer and transport of diluted species. Now running the two physics with ONLY tetrahedral mesh, the solution get converged. The solution of the heat transfer was very good. However, the solution of the transport of diluted species was weird. I expect that there is no movement of the concentration at time = 0 sec, but the concentration has diffused already.

I tried turning off the Conjugate heat transfer -->Study 1 Time dependent in the Study Node, and add a boundary layer on the grains. The problem on the concentration was solved.

But if the conjugate heat transfer and transport of diluted species are running at the same time, it is no longer moving. I need to couple both physics to study the effect of heat transfer on the diffusion of concentration.

I am attaching the file for you to have a look. I deleted the boundary layer mesh to make the file smaller so that it will have a problem in the upload of the file.

Can you help me solve on this one. Is there another method that you can suggest to correct this problem.

Thanks a lot in advance

Jonathan Perez
