Axisymmetric model

I use electric current and laminar flow modules to study the flow generated inside micro droplet due to electric field.
How to apply boundary condition for droplet surface so that the flow can't flow out through the surface?
and this surface affected by a boundary stress so that there is velocity at the surface.
