How to stimulate flow with consideration of human cells.

Hi there,

My friend and I are working on the generation of microfluidic device. And we have to generate the flow simulation considering the living cells (stationary in the device) inside the microfluidic device. Can anyone help me out with this. Along with this we have to study diffusion of the solute to generate a stable gradient.
