Spiral heat exchanger within shell

Hello,

I have created a spiral heat exchanger within a shell, the file is attached for reference. I am able to solve for the respective physics separately but when I couple them together I am not able to solve it. Its a simple heat transfer with fluid flow problem.

All boundary conditions are set properly and the mesh is also generated without any problems.

Any inputs on what am I missing in the model
