I am trying to model an FSI problem with the FSI Fixed Geometry physics. I don't completely understand how this physics works, but I am having a problem that I think is related. I have a boundary condition that greatly changes the velocity of the fluid in my model and that should in turn have a large effect on the displacement of the linear elastic material in the model. However, when this large change in velocity is in effect the displacements are more or less the same without the change in velocity. Is this because the fluid geometry is fixed?
Thank you for any help!!
