Free drainage boundary condition

I am very new to COMSOL multiphysics. I need to simulate the free drainage from porous media, which is the conditional based drainage. As far as I know this sort of boundary condition is not predefined in COMSOL and needs to be defined using MATLAB.
I am wondering how this should be done. also, i would appreciate it if any one has more information in this regard to share with me.
