free convection heat transfer

Hi

I have to model a dynamic simulation for the heat dispersion study of CPU heat sink processes and to optimize the heat tdispersion performance, i have to search for the optimal design ( fin parameters) of plate heat sink.
So, is it possible to do simulation (like in the document 'exemple') with comsol 4.3b ???
