inverted mesh element -Two phase flow Moving Mesh

Hi all,

I have a two phase model which I run it through Two phase flow moving mesh interface. I get inverted mesh element warning all the time. The first tip in the case of getting such warning is to change the mesh and to increase the quality of the mesh. I have changed the mesh many times but again and again this warning appears. It seems, I cannot get rid of this warning. I was wondering what would happen If I simply ignore this warning? Does getting this warning mean that I cannot trust the results?
