Application of Boundary condition with thermal resistance.

Hello everyone,
I am trying to build a model in which I do not have the values of thermal conductivity or thermal convection between the fluid layers, but I don not want to consider them and I only know the thermal resistance from the top layer to bottom layer, can I apply such boundary condition for heat transfer? If yes then how?
